  1. What size are the greeting cards?

    There are two choices for folded greeting cards:

    Medium size  cards – 5” x 7”
    Small size  cards– 5.5” x 4.2”

  2. What do greeting cards cost?

    Price for the greeting card is displayed when you select the card.
     
  3. What may be the shipping cost for my greeting card?

    For most of our products, we provide free shipping for standard delivery within India.Shipping costs vary because the shipping cost is calculated based on the exact number of cards you order. Shipping costs are shown during the order process. You will be able to view all costs before finalizing your order.Extra charge for Expedited delivery 2-3 days Rs 50/-
     
  4. Will the colors/design of the cards match my order?

    Yes, the design will be the same as what you have ordered. It is important to realize that colors may vary as all monitors display color differently. Thus, you should not expect the color of the image to print as it looks on screen.    
  5.  Will the design/ or images be changed?

    No, the design/ or image on the cards cannot be changed as It’s our designer’s choice but however you can add the sender’s and receiver’s name in the inside of the  page of the card design. We also design personalized cards on request where You can send your details on how you want your cards and upload the photo of your choice to print on the front page of the card.
     
  6. Can I make a change to my order after I submit it?

    In order to ensure the fastest possible turnaround, your cards are routed as soon as you submit your order. Because your order is processed immediately, we cannot honor requests for changes or cancellations.

    Please make sure to proof your card carefully before placing the order.
     
  7. How can I get my Order confirmation?

    Your order will be confirmed as soon as we receive your payment through any one of the following payment mode:

    Credit card
    Direct deposit / Money Transfer
    Demand Draft
    Direct Cash

    To get an instant Order confirmation, please pay through credit card.As soon as you make a payment with any of these gateway you will receive an order confirmation your email id that you have registered or the mobile number with which you have created the account.
  8. Can I order from PaperDew without creating an account (Guest Checkout)?
  9. You can no longer buy a product from Paperdew through guest checkout. You must create an account. This is to curb identity theft. Unlike shopping, most of our customers send gift items to a third-party recipient. We want to avoid a situation where someone uses your email id & phone number to send unnecessary gifts to someone who may not be aware that it is not you who is sending those gifts. They may think that you are stalking them or harassing them. Such situations are common for high profile recipients or for opposite sex recipients.

    In addition, having a validated account allows us to store your information & preferences properly and customize our services to suit your requirements. Having a proper account at Paperdew comes in very handy when you want to save multiple delivery addresses. It also helps you manage your order history properly and benefit from repeat purchases.
     

  10. Can you deliver the card to my friend?

    Yes, we will deliver your card through courier to the shipping address that you have given at the time of ordering. But if the address is different that you have mentioned at the time of order we will not be able to deliver your card as it's against our policy.At present, this service is available only within India.
  11. How long does it take to deliver Cards?

You can check exact delivery times at each & every product page before placing the order. In general, for regular pincodes, we deliver our orders within 5-7  business days in India .Remote locations may require longer delivery times and it may take up to 10-12 business days to deliver orders on remote pincodes.

  1. Do you ship outside India?

    Currently, we can only ship within India.

 

  1. Can I apply the discount code after paying?

 No, you cannot apply the discount code after paying. The discount coupon code or the gift voucher needs to be applied at the time of checkout in the ‘Order Summary' section. Once the payment is made, the discount code cannot be applied against the same order.

 

  1. Can I buy it in bulk from Paperdew?

You cannot place a bulk order at the Paperdew website directly. However, we do have a corporate sales & bulk orders team which caters to bespoke and/or large gifting requirements.   1. Can I cancel my order?

Order once processed or initiated it won't be canceled.
