Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition. It gets delivered within 5-7 days after dispatch. An extra charge for Expedited delivery of 2-3 days is charged, which is Rs 50/-.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.

You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse. We usually dispatch most orders within 24hrs (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

Though we keep 95% of our catalogue in our inventory, certain products (like personalised cards) take extra time to be sourced as they are designed as per the customer's request. We strive hard so that we can live up to our promise. While we are trying our best to avoid this situation, these products might delay your order.

However, due to some force, Majeure conditions like floods, storms, high wind flows, bad weather, transportation delays, regulatory halts, political disruption, lockdowns and other unprecedented issues can delay an order. We’ll try to keep you posted about any delays by either SMS or email. However, you can ask for the status of the product by providing the information at the “Track Order” service provider website. This may also happen if the address provided or PIN code is out of the delivery network area.

The time reflected at the time of order confirmation is an estimated time for delivery of products. We never guarantee or payment of shipping fees and never provide a guarantee to deliver the product within the stated time product. Delivery of product may be delayed due to aforesaid reasons including availability of product at our warehouse.
