Shipping And Returns

Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition. It gets delivered within 5-7 days after dispatch.Extra charge for Expedited delivery 2-3 days is charged which is Rs 50/-.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.

You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.We usually dispatch most orders within 24hrs (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

Though we keep 95% of our catalog in our inventory, certain products (like personalized cards) take extra time to be sourced as they are designed as per the customer request. We strive hard so that we can live up to our promise .While we are trying our best to avoid this situation, these products might delay your order.

However, due to some force, Majeure conditions like flood, storms, high wind flows, bad weather, transportations delays, regulatory halts, political disruption, lockdowns and other unprecedented issues can delay an order. We’ll try to keep you posted about any delays by either SMS or email. However, you can ask for the status of the product by providing the information at the “Track Order”  service provider website. This may also happen if the address provided or PIN code is out of the delivery network area.

Time reflected at the time of order confirmation is an estimated time for delivery of products. We never guarantee or payment of shipping fees never provide guarantee to deliver the product within stated time product. Delivery of product may be delayed due to aforesaid reasons including availability of product at our warehouse.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

You hereby acknowledge that sometimes ‘Paperdew’ has to cancel your orders for various reasons – the product could be out-of-stock, of unacceptable quality, etc. Once an order has been canceled, the refund amount will be credited back to your account.

There are chances that you might have ordered a non-cancellable product. We will work on your request. No order shall be canceled by the customer after the dispatch of product by ‘Paperdew’

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

No returns are allowed. However, if the product received is damaged/defective/Wrong, please report the issue to our customer support team within 24 hrs of delivery, along with an image of the item delivered. Our team will contact you for additional details of the product delivered if required.

You may choose one of the following:

1. Get the product re-delivered this will happen only if the product received is defective for which you need to report the issue to our customer care support team, along with an image of the item delivered our team will reach upon to u and depending on the case we will re-delivered the product or

2.. Refund in the original mode of payment (amount shall reflect in your account within 10-15 working days as per standard banking timelines)

3.No return no cancellation of product once ordered.

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

If items are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the sender.

If the recipient is not present at the delivery address provided by the sender or refuses to accept the delivery.

If product quality concerns are caused by improper handling of the product.

No refund is available in the form of vouchers.

Note:

-Complaints need to be made within 24 hours from delivery, after which we cannot register any complaints.

-Complaints against non-delivery need to be made within 15 days from the delivery date, after which we cannot register any complaints.

-For quality purposes, we might have to get a reverse pick-up done for that product before we can get redelivery done but this should be informed to the team on priority basis and our team will look on to your case and depending upon your case reverse pick-up will be done.

-We do not accept any request for product exchanges.

- If we cannot supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment for the undelivered part.

Paperdew will process online refund on confirmation through email or phone call to the customer. Once Paperdew processes the refund, it takes 10 to 15 business days to reflect in your account as per standard banking timelines.
